The client
Mr. Tandoors is an Indian restaurant in the heart of Fréjus. All the meat is certified halal and the dishes are cooked in a real tandoor oven: biryani, naan, curry, tikka masala. Guests eat in, in a decorated dining room with a cocktail bar, or take away.
What we built
- An "Order takeaway" button visible as soon as you arrive.
- A live open/closed indicator and full opening hours.
- A selection of dishes with prices, spice level and halal labels.
- The lunch deal, table booking and contact details.
- A link to the restaurant's Instagram.
Design choices
The site is built around ordering: every section leads back to the menu or to takeaway. Warm colours and type evoke spices and the tandoor oven, and chilli icons show each dish's heat at a glance. The site is still being finished.
